The location is convenient for early flights. I liked being able to control the room's lighting and temperature from my phone. The bed was comfortable and I slept well (which is rare for me in hotels).
The bathroom was a bit small. The shower made it difficult to avoid getting water all over the floor.

the staff were nice.
the room was tiny and very poky for a family, especially given the price. there was no room to put suitcases or unpack, a real issue. the entire room was soaked after a shower, including the toilet.

The hotel location IS amazing, right inside the Gatwick South Terminal. This made grabbing food easy, especially since I was okay with airport options. Staff helped me with an adapter I forgot (VERY important!).
My room felt quite cramped and compromised. The bathroom seemed completely inadequate and the shower wasn't great. It. I would have loved a more traditional hotel room.

the location right next to the departure gate in the south terminal really helped ease my travel. the comfy quiet room allowed me to fully rest before my flight. i also liked how modern and clean the facilities were.
the room was very small, it felt a little cramped with my luggage. this minor detail did not overshadow the overall convenience.
